MADURAI: An important BJP leader Mr.Srinivasan from Arcot area in Tamil Nadu has quit the party and joined the AIADMK yesterday. A leader with local mass following, Mr.Srinivasan (a former MLA) met the AIADMK top brass in Chennai on 29th July 2020 and joined in that party with more than 1,000 cadres from the BJP.
“He is an influential leader of our party but he felt humiliated since there was no recognition for him. So, he left the BJP and joined in the AIADMK. A very bad news for our party,” a senior leader of the BJP told ‘Lotus Times’ news website- www.lotustimes.org– today evening.
