“Tomorrow is an important day for our Madurai Kamaraj University. He always thought of taking education to rural areas and higher education for poor people. He gave away everything to poor people. So, we have to continue that mission and I tell our youth to kindly take an oath that they will learn from his life and try to live like great Kamaraj, and work for the development of our country,” MKU Vice-Chancellor Dr.M.Krishnan has said here today.

He told ‘Lotus Times’ news website that MKU is working as per the visionary guidelines given by Tamil Nadu government and Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi whose call is imparting skills to students and their employment. “The Tamil Nadu government has been taking lot of efforts to increase students’ enrolment in higher education and our university is committed to work for holistic development,” he added.
