MADURAI: An important public notice and public appeal was made by the Madurai Corporation today asking the people of Madurai city to stay at home and go for home isolation if there is any symptom of fever, body pains, cold or cough.
Also, they have been urged to contact the Madurai Corporation call centre control room number – 84284 25000 – immediately for medical advice and attention.
Madurai Corporation Commissioner Mr.S.Visakan has said in a statement here on 3rd July 2020 that those who are having even minor symptoms of fever, cold , cough or body pains should stay at home and also tell their family members to avoid going out.
Daily fever detection camps are being conducted at 95 places in Madurai city through mobile medical camps and at Urban Primary Health Centres, the press release from Madurai Corporation here today informed.
