MADURAI: Six shops including grocery stores were sealed and locked by the Corporation inspection teams in Madurai city today- 16th May 2020 – for not following social distancing norm which is a must for preventing the spread of Coronavirus.
The shops are situated at East Masi Street and East Avani Moola Street here. Corporation officials have carried out inspection in various wards. Shops that flouted the social distancing rule in Ward 50 and Ward 84 were locked and sealed by them.
