DINDIGUL: Eight Coronavirus Positive patients belonging to Dindigul district were discharged from Karur hospital today -27th April 2020- and they returned home. They underwent treatment at Karur Government Medical College Hospital.
Dindigul District Collector Mrs.M.Vijayalakshmi in a press release today said the eight infected persons were given good treatment and they got cured. Totally 63 persons of Dindigul district who underwent Corona treatment had got discharged till date.
She informed that 16 more persons from Dindigul district are undergoing treatment at Karur. “The Dindigul district administration had taken several measures on a war-footing to prevent the spread of COVID ever since the total lockdown was announced by Central and State governments. Social distancing rule is being monitored and Section 144 rules are implemented,” she added.
