MADURAI: A large number of Corona warriors are waging a battle against Corona virus out there for the safety of people. Doctors, nurses, paramedics, police, corporation staff, revenue employees, sanitary workers etc are working day and night ever since the total lockdown came into effect to prevent spread of Corona infection and protection of people.
The police in particular are having a tough time outside under hot Sun to prevent crowds, enforce Section 144 and monitor social distancing in all places.
In order to express thanks and acknowledge the role of police during this Corona lockdown period, ADOPT Ads and 70mm Events have provided ‘Express Briyani’ to 150 police personnel in Madurai city on 12th April 2020.
“Police personnel need moral and emotional support now since they are away from home and family for long hours daily in Corona control mission. So, we provided quality hygienic biriyani to 150 police on duty at Therkuvasal and Anna Nagar areas in Madurai city today,” Mr.M.G.Sundarji of Adopt Ads, has said.
He, along with Taskin Subba of 70mm Events, went to these places and provided police with biryani packets for their lunch, saying thanks to the toiling cops.
