MADURAI: Ten laptops were stolen from National Cooperative Sugar Mill Higher Secondary School at Alanganallur near Madurai – 15 B Mettupatti.
These laptops were kept in almirah in school HM’s room and were meant to be distributed to plus two students under the State government’s free laptop scheme for students. It was found that room door was broken.
Alanganallur police are enquiring into this theft incdient.
