MADURAI: The 9th Graduation Day event of Velammal College of Engineering and Technology (VCET) was held at Viraganoor in Madurai today- 15th February 2020- giving a motivating call to graduates and students that they are the future.
Justice S.Vimala, Retired Judge, Madras High Court and scientist Dr.V.Dilip Babu from NDRF-Bengaluru, had presented medals and certificates to the passing out graduates.
Mr.M.V.Muthuramalingam, Chairman, Velammal Educational Trust, Mr.Ganesh Natarajan, Vice-Chairman and VCET Principal Mr.Sureshkumar were among those who were present at the graduation day today here in Madurai.
Justice Vimala had motivated the graduates and students that they are future leaders, they can specialize in any field like flute or any music form and talent only can win. Cash prizes, medals, certificates and felicitation to recognize the toppers and passing out graduates who performed well. were the highlights of today’s Graduation Day at VCET.
Totally, 422 graduates received their degrees at the graduation day ceremony today where they were guided with motivating speeches that hardwork leads to career growth in life.
