DVAC calls MKU staff for further investigation

MADURAI: The Directorate of Vigilance and Anti Corruption (DVAC) which is probing into allegations of irregularities in Madurai Kamaraj University’s distance education wing has asked for more documents today-30th January 2020.

University sources told ‘Lotustimes’ news website here today evening that the DVAC investigation is going on already and the vigilance police wanted more details for this probe and hence called a few MKU staff.

“This is a matter connected with Additional Controller office…..and distance education centres. Proceedings were already initiated by the DVAC. Today, as a part of that process, our university employees went with records. It is an ongoing investigation,” sources said today.
