MADURAI: The Arabian seashore and Mumbai streets will reverberate with waves and voices of divinity as devotees are eagerly waiting for the ‘Radha Madhava Kalyanam’ organized by Kalina Bhaktha Samaj at Kalina -Santacruz (E) in Mumbai on 21st and 22nd December 2019.
This year’s Radha Madhav Kalyana Mahotsavam assumes more significance since the Samaj is celebrating its 60th year and a large number of devotees have been thronging the temple for past several years.
THE MARRIAGE POWER:
Many spiritual, divine and service activities are being carried out by Kalina Bhaktha Samaj with great involvement of dedicated persons like its Honorary Secretary Mr.T.V.Sunderam and committee members with the support of Samaj’s ladies wing.
Mrs.Usha Nagarajan, a social worker actively involved in temple activities, told ‘Lotustimes’ news website over phone today that the Lord Krishna holds lot of influence on mankind and the ‘Radha Madhava Kalyanam’is a significant celestial event.
“It is said to be so powerful that if those whose marriage is getting delayed can attend the ‘Kalyanam’, there will be a good divine intervention and marriage shall take place…..It is a belief… They can give some offerings to the God at this wedding, their prayers will fructify with blessings of Almighty,” she added.
Mrs.Usha Nagarajan had explained that Radha is an embodiment of her ‘Bhakthi’ towards Lord Krishna and this wedding is all about spiritual essence and the bond between God and a devotee.
ON DECEMBER 25th 2019:
The Kalina Bhaktha Samaj in Mumbai s also conducting Sri Dharmasastha Pooja on 25th December 2019 to offer special prayers to Lord Ayyappa during this Sabarimala Temple season.
And, what is going to be a highlight is the presence of prominent troupe from Chakkamkulangara Bajana Samithi from Kochi in Kerala which will lead the devotees in prayers.
