MADURAI: A mega chanting event is now underway in Coimbatore with participation of a large number of Brahmins who have gathered from various places to chant ‘Rudhram’, ‘Chamakam’, ‘Purusha Suktham’ and ‘Vishnu Sahasranamam’.
This is a nine-week chanting event from 9th December 2019 organized by a spiritual unit and sponsored by a very devotional-inclined person. Any sect of Brahmin can participate and minimum one week attendance is mandatory, according to invite statement and if the participants are interested they can stay in Coimbatore for nine-week period chanting the God. They will be provided breakfast, lunch and dinner besides free accommodation.
FREE GROUP ACCOMMODATION:
According to information available, free group accommodation is arranged for them in a community hall and free pickup / drop are arranged from staying place to chanting place. This is for chanting Brahmins.
WILL BE PAID ‘DAKSHINA’:
The chanting Brahmins will be paid descent ‘Dakshina’ and that amount will be paid directly into their bank accounts every weekend. The total duration of this chanting event is 9 weeks. The chanting timings are mostly from 7 a.m. to 12 Noon and from 4 pm to 8 pm.
