CREDAI TAMIL NADU NEW TEAM FOR 2025-27.

MADURAI: The new office-bearers of CREDAI Tamil Nadu Chapter (Confederation of Real Estate Developers’ Association of India) for the term 2025-27 were inducted and the new leadership team was officially announced on April 15th 2025.

Mr.W.S.Habib, Chairman and Managing Director, RWD Pvt Ltd, is the new president of CREDAI Tamil Nadu which is the apex body representing private real estate developers across the State. Mr.Srikumar Swaminathan, Managing Director, Supradeep Homes Pvt Ltd, has been appointed as is secretary while Mr.V.Gopinathan, Chairman, Vignesh Flats Housing Promoters-Trichy, is the vice-president of CREDAI Tamil Nadu, according to a press release received here today after the investiture ceremony which had stressed Tamil Nadu’s Master Plan and State’s target of becoming a $ 1 trillion economy.

The new office-bearers of CREDAI Tamil Nadu for the 2025-27 term are: President W.S.Habib, Vice-President V.Gopinath, Secretary S.Srikumar, Joint Secretary V.Sathasivam, Treasurer P.R.Jai Prakash, President-Elect Gugan Illango and Immediate Past president R.Ilankovan.

The comprehensive vision of CREDAI Tamil Nadu was elaborated by the new president W.S.Habib who spoke on long term collaboration with government. “Real estate is not just a business vertical. It is the bedrock of employment, infrastructure and economic resilience. Our sector contributes significantly to Tamil Nadu’s GSDP and its potential will only multiply in the coming decades as urbanization intensifies in the State,” CREDAI Tamil Nadu’s new president W.S.Habib has said.

Mr.Srikumar Swaminathan, secretary, CREDAI Tamil Nadu, has said that the CREDAI is ready to work hand in hand with the government to ensure timely implementation of projects, policy coherence and streamlined approvals.

“With renewed focus on digitization, regulatory transparency and green development, the CREDAI Tamil Nadu chapter’s new leadership has pledged to be an active partner in Tamil Nadu’s growth story by helping to shape cities that are modern, affordable and built for the future,” the CREDAI Tamil Nadu press release has said today.
