With this tagline began our ‘Lotus Times’ news website – www.lotustimes.org – in support of the BJP, nationalism, spiritualism, development agenda, unity and integrity, policy formulation etc. The website is completing two years and will enter into third year on March 4th 2019.
We launched this English website in the temple city of Madurai on MARCH 4th 2017 through the gracious, generous. gentle and galvanizing hands of Karma Yogi Guruji LG in the presence of senior BJP leaders.
Our profound thanks to Shri.La.Ganesan, senior BJP leader from Tamil Nadu and former Rajya Sabha MP.
LAST TWO YEARS:
In the last two years, our ‘Lotus Times’ was on the field covering all important BJP events in Madurai and surrounding places.
Our SPECIAL THANKS TO TAMIL NADU BJP STATE SECRETARY PROF.DR.R.SRINIVASAN who in Feb 2017 kindled the idea of having our own forum/ medium to cover the BJP events extensively and also use the website in future as an academic think-tank for policy formulation by roping in experts from various fields.
That work will commence soon this year in 2019. Now, he is a patron of this website and in coming months, Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan will play a much more key role in using this website at national level.
The idea of starting a website for the BJP came to Shastry V Mallady who gave shape to it and started the work in a small way.
Our website received widespread support….. The BJP leaders saw it, the cadres read it, the public patronized it and we seek your continued encouragement in the days ahead……Our thanks toBJP leaders Dr.Tamilisai Soundararajan, Shri.B.L.Santhoshji, Shri.P.Muralidhar Rao, Shri H.Raja, Shri.Ravi Shankar Prasad, Mrs.Nirmala Sitharaman and others who supported us with their encouraging words in the last two years.
