MADURAI: Global Thirukkural conference will be organized in New Delhi soon and the government is making lot of preparations for this prestigious event in the national capital, Union Minister of State for Information and Broadcasting and Parliamentary Affairs Mr.L.Murugan has said today.
“The magic of Thirukkural is perpetual and this classical book if revered as one of the best treasures of the world,” he said at the inauguration of international conference on ‘Hypnosis across Lifespan: Promotion, Prevention and Intervention’ at Pondicherry University in Puducherry today-January 24th 2025.
The Union Minister also thanked Prime Minister Narendra Modi for putting the Tungsten mining project on hold in Madurai district following the concerns raised by the people from nearby villages of Melur in Madurai district, a press release received from PIB has informed.
