Complaint to CBI and ED against CSI Dental College in Madurai about a very huge scam and corruption?; Church member demands action against CSI Bishop and his team with full info

MADURAI: Christian reformation people association president and CSI Church member at Srivilliputtur in Virudhunagar district of Tamil Nadu Mr.D.Devasagayam had yesterday- January 16th 2025- complained to the CBI and Enforcement Directorate in New Delhi seeking a CBI investigation into the alleged financial irregularities that took place in CSI Dental and Nursing Colleges in Madurai which are being run in the name of Madurai-Ramnad Diocese Management.

“The CSI Madurai-Ramnad Diocese is registered in the Societies Act 8/1962…as Madurai Ramnad Diocese Management Association. But, it has not shown the income and expenditure for the society. The nursing colleges are maintained and administered by ex-correspondent Mrs.Leela Manohari Joseph, ex-chairman M.Joseph and present correspondent Mr.Fernandes Rathina Raja while the chairman of nursing college is Bishop Jaisingh Prince Prabakar…The dental college in Madurai is registered in the name of Madurai-Ramnad Diocese Management Association with 8/1962 Society Act. But its income and expenditure accounts are not submitted and we feat that several crores of rupees has been cheated and looted….and there should be a full probe against the involved persons and the present Correspondent of CSI Dental College in Madurai,” Mr.D.Devasagayam had appealed in his complaint to the CBI and ED in New Delhi and told ‘Lotus Times’ media over phone on January 17th 2025.

He said that he had enclosed dental college audit reports, Fernandes Rathina Raja’s assets and money transfers and illegal lease deed land documents in Chennai to the authorities and asked for a CBI and ED enquiry because no departmental action was taken at local level in Madurai and Tamil Nadu in this regard till now.
