MADURAI: The 39th Graduation Day of Thiagarajar College in Madurai which took place here today – on December 7th 2024- had sent out a positive signal to students that top Multi National Companies also are recruiting its students from various departments and several of TC students are getting very good job placements after their UG and PG courses.
This information was shared by Thiagarajar College Secretary Mr.K.Hari Thiagarajan at the 39th Graduation Day here today by expressing his happiness and sharing a proud moment that Thiagarajar College students from Teppakulam in Madurai are getting placed for jobs in top MNC companies also along with several top companies and banks in the country.
“Good job offers are coming to our college and 578 students got the placement offers from various companies. I want to recognize a few alumni…Karthikeyan got placed in Zoho with Rs.12.5 lakhs annual salary package, Mohana Sri Thiagarajan got placement in Deloitte with Rs.8.5 lakhs per year salary package, Vaishnavi also was recruited by Deloitte with Rs.8.5 lakhs salary, Udhayarajan by Zoho with Rs.11 lakhs CTC, Dhanushya Devi and others…..Our Thiagarajar College students are entering into top MNC companies. All this is getting possible because our college is focusing on what the industry wants as students out of cmapuses,” Mr.K.Hari Thiagarajan, Secretary, Thiagarajar College in Madurai, has said at the 39th Graduation Day held in the campus here on December 7th 2024.
Prof.G.Ravi, Vice-Chancellor, Alagappa University-Karaikudi, who presented the medals and degree certificates to graduates and delivered the graduation day address, had emphasized on goal-setting, self-confidence, hard work, communication and computer skills etc.
Dr.D.Pandiaraja, Principal, Thiagarajar College, in his welcome address said that the college is going by the legacy and vision of its founders and new courses like MBA will be launched from the coming academic year. Dr.Uma Kannan, president, Thiagarajar College, was among those present at today’s graduation day ceremony along with Deans and faculty members.
