MADURAI: Renowned career guidance consultant and career analyst Mr.Jayaprakash Gandhi had today called for a comprehensive Government regulation for managing Artificial Intelligence (AI) that is coming in full pace with latest technologies.

“I am telling you today that Artificial Intelligence has huge opportunities in coming days, but why India couldn’t develop even a single AI tool till date? I am sad about our present education system in India…what are our students studying in colleges? Is there updated syllabus? We must use Artificial Intelligence where there is a vast scope….but there should be a regulation mechanism to regulate AI…..We need to balance it..Our education system must be changed and there should be more practical internships etc. I am telling from Madurai today that AI is good, use the AI tools…it is enough and prepare for your future. or else you will be outdated. These are the days of drones etc. Keep learning and keep growing, but at the same time there must be a check on Artificial Intelligence through a regulation from the government….and our education system must have practical learning internships in every course from day one,” Mr.Jayaprakash Gandhi had stressed while addressing the large number of delegates who attended the ‘DigitAll Sangamam’ held at Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry here on October 5th 2024 on the topic ‘Future of Artificial Intelligence’.

N.Jegatheesan, president, Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry, J.K.Muthu, chairman, DigitALL forum and several entrepreneurs were among those present at today’s digital conclave in Madurai on October 5th 2024 for which the chief guest was Aircel founder Mr.C.Sivasankaran who is a renowned mentor in India as a entrepreneur for past over four decades for his significant role in the initial years of India from computers to mobile communications in the country in the 80s and 90s.
