MADURAI: In continuation of the thrust being given by the BJP and Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi’s government at the Centre and at national level, the party’s OBC (Other Backward Classes) wing is holding a special meeting with leading representatives of various castes from the OBC communities in Madurai.
The Madurai district BJP’s OBC Wing is organizing this important discussion meeting & Krishna Jayanthi celebrations on September 2nd 2018 Sunday morning at Sri Jayavilas Kammavar Bhavanam near Madhanagopalswamy Temple and near TM Court in Madurai city.

Tamil Nadu BJP State Secretary Prof.Dr.R.Srinivasan and OBC Wing Zonal in-charge Mr..G.P.Baskaran along with Mr.P.K.Sampath Kumar, are in touch with several OBC leaders belonging to different castes.
“Firstly, we want to thank Mr.Narendra Modi and his government for the efforts being put in for socio-economic and political upliftment of people belonging to OBC communities. More than 20 leaders will attend this meeting and discuss issues pertaining to people of OBC communities……It will help us to evolve a clear action plan and how the BJP could take it forward in Madurai region,” Mr.Baskaran has said on Saturday.
