MADURAI: After quite a long time, Madurai city got a brief spell of good rain for about 45 minnutes in the evening on August 27th 2018 Monday from 3.30 p.m.
This will be welcomed by the people of Madurai since it has been a humid or rather hot climate for the past few weeks even though the surrounding districts in south Tamil Nadu got copious rains in the recent days. Forget the devastating rains and floods in neighbouring Kerala which caused huge destruction to properties and lives.

While the rains are some relief for everybody here in Madurai district, it is time for the MADURAI CORPORATION TO TAKE CARE OF THE ALREADY DAMAGED CITY ROADS AND WE SEE ONLY SLUSH AND POTHOLES IN MANY PLACES.
WILL THE MADURAI CORPORATION SWING INTO ACTION FOR THE SAFETY OF PEOPLE AND TRAFFIC ?….. AUGUST 27th 2018……
