MADURAI: Ms.S.Varsha from the Department of Business Administration 2021-2024 batch of Thiagarajar College in Madurai, has received the ‘Best Student Award’ from Union Finance and Corporate Affairs Minister Ms.Nirmala Sitharaman, in Chennai on September 5th 2024.

This student received the award from Union Finance Minister Ms.Nirmala Sitharaman at the 114th Annual General Meeting of Southern India Chamber of Commerce and Industry (SICCI) in Chennai on September 5th 2024, according to information received from the college here today.

The 114th AGM of SICCI took place in Chennai on 5th September 2024 where Union Minister Nirmala Sitharaman had delivered the inaugural address and presented awards to best students.

Mr.Arun Alagappan, SICCI president, Mr.V.N.Shiva Shankar, senior vice-president of SICCI, were among those present at this meeting.
