CHENNAI: Eminent neurophysician and neurosurgeon in Chennai Dr.K.Gireesh had led a free special neuro health camp organised at Tiruvallur near here on August 4th 2024.
Nearly 30 patients suffering with various neurological ailments were examined in detail in this camp conducted at Tiruvallur yesterday which was jointly organized by Lions Club of Madras Excellence-District 324 K and Sai Clinic in Tiruvallur along with Padma Clinic and Nursing Home in Chennai, according to a press release today.
Dr.K.Gireesh and his team had given free consultation to the patients and those who required radiological investigations and frequent follow-up were referred to Tiruvallur Government General Hospital. Health tonics were distributed, physiotherapy with ultrasonic and IFT were given to the patients with shoulder, knee pains.
Also, heart ailment screening was done through free ECGs in this camp and the feedback for holding this camp was good, a press release issued by Lions Club of Madras Excellence secretary Dr.Asmath Slaim has said and thanked Dr.K.Gireesh who also is a Past District Governor of District 324 K for helping the needy people.
