CHENNAI: On one side it was the golden beach in Chennai where the waves and tides were calm on that day.
On the other side, there was a huge gathering of BJP functionaries and office-bearers from all over Tamil Nadu waiting eagerly to hear the voice of top man of the party Mr.AMIT SHAH amidst dances and drumbeats.
On July 9th 2018 (Monday), the team from BJP Madurai North Assembly constituency (Pudur and Sellur mandals) which came to Chennai in a special bus from Madurai city was brisk all through the day right from boarding the bus at the party office at around midnight in Madurai till they left after the meeting.

C.M.Mari Chakkaravarthy. Madurai North Assembly Constituency Convener and BJP youth wing State general secretary. has said that the team had 60 members from Sakthi Kendra / Mahasakthi kendra and others.
The Madurai North team made its presence felt at the massive Chennai meeting in the VGP before Amit Shah arrived at the meeting venue on July 9th 2018 at 6 p.m.. The team members danced to the party songs and the entire gathering responded to the activeness of Madurai North team.

Sellur mandal president, Pudur C.Saravanan, district president of Traders’ Cell, Mr.Basheer Ahamed from minorities wing, Senthil from Pudur mandal and Balaji from youth wing , were among those who were at the meeting.
