MADURAI: Meenakshi Super Speciality Hospital which is aimed at elevating the healthcare landscape of Madurai with global medical infrastructure was inaugurated in the premises of Meenakshi Mission Hospital and Research Centre in Madurai today- on July 12th 2024, by introducing luxury and world class clinical excellence with smart and spacious rooms in the hospital to a city like Madurai and also to treat people of all socio-economic backgrounds.

Former Judge of Supreme Court of India Sanjay Kishan Kaul had inaugurated the Meenakshi Super Speciality Hospital (MSSH) in Madurai today in the presence of former Judge of Madras High Court B.Rajendran and hospital chairman Dr.S.Gurushankar, vice-chairperson Mrs.Kamini Gurushankar and hospital medical director Dr.Ramesh Ardhanari.
NINE-FLOORS BUILDING:
The Meenakshi Super Speciality Hospital spans to 3.7 lakh sq ft and it is located adjacent to the present Meenakshi Mission Hospital (MMHRC) in Madurai.
Meenakshi Super Speciality Hospital Director Dr.Ramesh Ardhanari has said that this super speciality hospital will enhance healthcare facilities by integrating latest medical technology and clinical experts- such as cardiac care, cancer diagnosis high precision and therapy, organ transplantation, advanced neurosciences and eplilepsy treatment, diabetes and metabolism, liver and biliary diseases, minimally invasive and robotic surgery, bone and joint diseases, advanced lung diseases and transplantation, spinal disorders, medical imaging, interventional radiology, molecular diagnostics etc.
CHILDREN’S AND FETAL MEDICINE ALSO:
The new hospital will also house a specialized multidisciplinary children’s hospital offering maternal and fetal medicine services, along with pediatric cardiology, paediatric cardiology, pediatric heart surgery and transplantation, pulmonology, neurosciences, pediatric genetics, gastroenterology, pediatric orthopedics, and pediatric fetal surgery etc.
