MADURAI: Distributing sweets to the people, giving free saris to old women. providing notebooks for poor students and, importantly, hoisting the BJP’s flag at various places in Madurai city amidst cheers from party cadres. Mr.S.Surendran, Tamil Nadu BJP State vice-president and others took part.
The celebrations were there all over Madurai on December 25th 2017 (Monday) from early in the morning with BJP leaders and cadres coming out to important public places to celebrate the birthday of great inspiring leader statesman – former Prime Minister Shri.Atal Bihari Vajpayee’s 93rd birthday in Madurai.

In Pudur mandal, the birthday celebrations were held at different places – Ward 45 (Pudur market) and Ward 25 (Karpaga Nagar) etc…..in Madurai city where Mr.S.Surendran participated with district office-bearers.
Mr.R.Jothi Manivannan alias Shankar, Pudur mandal president along with Ward 45 president Mr.Durai Maran, district youth wing secretary Mr.Balaji and Traders Cell Madurai Urban district president Mr.C.Saravanan from Pudur, BJP Madurai district secretary Mrs.Sunitha Mallady and others were present at the party’s events on Dec 25th 2017.
