MADURAI: On behalf of the Ramanathapuram district BJP unit, party’s Ramnad district secretary Mr.M.Athma Karthick had greeted the visionary – statesman former Prime Minister Shri.Atal Bihari Vajpayee on his 93rd birthday on December 25th 2017.
His great contributions as PM, his role for our national highways across length and breadth of the country, Golden quadrilateral project for national connectivity, were recalled.
Mr.Athma Karthick, who came to Madurai for a function, spoke to ‘Lotus Times’ website and said that the highway connectivity for southern districts in Tamil Nadu / Ramnad district became possible only because of the national vision of Shri.Vajpayeeji who undertook the massive highways golden quadrilateral project. In Ramnad district, BJP district leaders led by district president Mr.K.Muralidharan and others participated in various programmes conducted for Vajpayeeji’s birthday on Dec 25th 2017.
