MADURAI: Within two days of becoming Congress party president, Rahul Gandhi started his new political innings on a losing note.
On December 18th 2017 (Monday), BJP won the State Assembly elections in Gujarat and Himachal Pradesh and Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi is continuing the winning streak for the party across India. This victory is again an indication of how people are only with the BJP in State after State.
In Madurai city, the BJP cadres erupted with joy and celebrated the party’s victory by distributing sweet / bursting crackers near the Periyar Bus Stand after the votes counting trends confirmed the BJP victory in both the States.
