MADURAI: More than 100 NCC cadets participated in the cleaning program conducted at Government Rajaji Hospital (GRH) in Madurai on October 2nd 2023 under the Swachh Bharat Abhiyan.
This cleanliness drive at Madurai GRH was organized jointly by the National Cadet Corps (Army wing and Air wing) of Lady Doak College- 2TN Girls Battalion, NCC Madurai and Madurai Medical College of Nursing.
According to a press release received from LDC here today, totally 103 NCC cadets took part in the Swachh Bharat cleanliness programme at GRH which was inaugurated hospital Dean Dr.A.Rathinavel. He spoke about cleanliness, sanitation and public health.
Capt Dr.T.Shantha Meena, ANO-Lady Doak College and Dr.Selvaraj, ANO-Madurai Medical College of Nursing, had organized the cleanliness drive, the press release added.
