MADURAI: The Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) here is getting geared up for its 55th annual convocation as the university Registrar has asked the students and candidates who have passed in November 2022/April 2023 examinations can apply for the annual convocation. The last date to apply for convocation is October 13th 2023.
In a press release received from MKU on 26th September 2023, the Registrar in-charge Prof.M.Ramakrishnan has said that candidates who have passed in November 2022 / April 2023 examinations including supplementary exams of July of 2023, of the courses offered through regular departments, affiliated colleges and DDE of the university, can apply for the 55th annual convocation. The fee to be paid is Rs.1,200 for M.Phil candidates and Rs.1,000 for UG-PG and others for those who passed in November 2022/ April 2023 exams including supplementary examinations.
For the candidates who passed in November 2021/ April 2022 exams, they can apply with late fee of Rs.3,000 by post for D.SC, D.Litt, Ph.D, and Rs.1,200 for M.Phil candidates. The last date to apply with a penalty of Rs.350 is October 13th 2023, the press release added.
