MADURAI: A cycle rally to create public awareness on fire safety measures was flagged off today morning- on April 20th 2023- at the district collectorate here by Madurai District Collector Dr.S.Aneesh Sekhar.
The Tamil Nadu Fire and Rescue Services department is observing ‘Fire Service Week’ and as a part of awareness week, a cycle rally was conducted starting from Tallakulam fire control station situated in the collectorate premises here. Carrying several placards on fire safety messages, on how to mitigate fire accidents and telling about do’s and donts, this rally was taken out passing through important locations in Madurai city.
