MADURAI: Jayabharath Homes Private Limited, a leading real estate and property development company in Madurai, is launching a major residential project at Surya Nagar in Madurai city where more than 300 homes will be constructed with top class quality in an area of 11.5 acres of land. Popular film actress Andrea is going to participate in the project launching event to be held on February 5th 2023 (Sunday) at 5 pm.
At a press meet held here yesterday, Mr.P.Jeyakumar, Managing Director of Jayabharath Homes Private Limited told reporters about the ‘Titan City’ project’ which is going to be an important project of the company.
“Our company has been in the real estate and construction field for the past 27 years and Jayabharath Homes had made a mark for itself and gained reputation through its already completed projects at Avaniapuram, Oomachikulam, Kochadai and other places in Madurai. Now we are launching the Titan City project at Surya Nagar in Madurai on 11.5 acres of land area to build about 300 new houses,” Mr.Jeyakumar has said.
The ‘Titan City’ project brochure was released in the press meet by Mr.Jeyakumar and it was received by the president of Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry Dr.N.Jegatheesan. Among those who were present at the press meet organized in Madurai on 28th January 2023 include prominent social worker and founder of ‘AtchayaPathiram Trust’ Mr.Nellai Balu, company’s senior level executive Mr.Ramasamy and others.
