MADURAI: Because of railway track maintenance works, some changes have been made in train services and train timings for safety purpose. On account of this, a few changes have been made in train services in Madurai Division of Southern Railway in the month of December, according to a press release received from the Madurai Division of Southern Railway here today- on November 30th 2022.
The Madurai-Sengottai unreserved special train (06663) leaving Madurai at 11.30 hrs and Sengottai-Madurai unreserved special train (06664) leaving Sengottai at 11.50 hrs are fully cancelled on December 6th and 7th 2022.
The Madurai-Villupuram Express (16868) will be partially cancelled between Madurai and Dindigul for 10 days from December 5th to 10th and December 12th to 15th.
Rameswaram-Madurai unreserved special train (06654) will leave Rameswaram at 12.00 hrs instead of 11.00 hrs with a delat of 60 minutes from December 1st to 31st except Thursdays.
The Madurai-Kacheguda weekly express train will leave Madurai at 06.30 hrs instead of 05.30 hrs with 60 minutes late on December 7th 2022, according to the railway press release received in Madurai today.
