MADURAI: The emphatic victory of the BJP in four States today and the solid support given by people in the Assembly elections has given a boost to the party cadres in Madurai and we are all gearing up for the 2024 Parliament elections, said BJP Madurai Urban district president Dr.P.Saravanan here today.
“DMK will start getting weakened soon and our BJP cadres are clear in strategy for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections. The one nation one election proposal is already putting the BJP functionaries in top gear. The welfare and development schemes of Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi’s government at the Centre were well received by the people in Uttar Pradesh and other States where the Assembly elections were held. That verdict is a boost for us,” Dr.Saravanan told ‘Lotus Times’ website and ‘CoverPoint’ magazine at the party office in Madurai.
A large number of party office-bearers have gathered at the BJP Madurai City unit office at B.B.Kulam here today evening continuing their celebrations mode from the morning after the elections results started coming in.
“The BJP cadres in Madurai urban district also will take our PM’s schemes to the people. Already several schemes are being implemented under Mr.Modi’s leadership and our mission is to work for the victory of BJP in 2024 Parliament elections. DMK will become like another AIADMK by losing its base gradually. The downfall of DMK will begin,” Dr.Saravanan has added.
