MADURAI: National Science Day was celebrated at Lady Doak College in Madurai on 28th February 2022 at a special event organized by Tamil Nadu Science Forum (TNSF) in association with the college’s Department of Zoology. More than 100 students and teachers participated in the children’s science conference, the creators of one year radio series on Artificial Intelligence.
Mr.M.Rajesh, president, TNSF-Madurai district, Mr.R.Swaminathan, Chief Educational Officer of Madurai district and Dr.Christianna Singh, Principal and Secretary of Lady Doak College, were among those who addressed the participants in the National Science Day celebrations. Prof.P.Rajamanickam, general secretary, AIPSN, spoke on the theme ‘integration of science and technology for sustainable life.’
Programme coordinators and science popularisation campaigners including Prof.S.Ramasundaram and Mr.G.Arul, were among those who were present.
