MADURAI: The Tamil Nadu Foodgrains Merchants Association has welcomed the Union Budget presented by Finance Minister Mrs.Nirmala Sitharaman in the Parliament today- on 1st February 2022- by saying that the government has taken steps to reboot the country by announcing certain projects and schemes that are good at the time of third wave of COVID pandemic. Mr.S.P.Jeyapragasam, association president, in a press statement gave a budget reaction by pointing out what are the welcome announcements and what are not fulfilled in the budget today.
