MADURAI: In view of engineering and maintenance works in Chennai Egmore- Villupuram section, the Southern Railway has announced change in pattern of train services of two trains – Vaigai and Pallavan superfast special trains, according to a press release received from the Southern Railway Madurai Division here today. Train No.02636 Madurai-Chennai Egmore Superfast Special train of 20th and 27th October 2021 is partially cancelled between Villupuram and Chennai Egmore.
Train No.02605 Chennai Egmore- Karaikudi Superfast Special train of 20th and 27th October 2021 is partially cancelled between Chennai Egmore and Villupuram. Train No.02606 Karaikudi- Chennai Egmore Superfast Special of 10th November 2021 is partially cancelled between Chennai Egmore and Villupuram. Also, Train No.02635 Chennai Egmore – Madurai Superfast special train of 10th November 2021 is partially cancelled between Chennai Egmore and Chengalpattu, the railway press release issued in Madurai today had informed.
