‘Viksit Bharat’ Conclave held in New Delhi with focus on future leadership for developed India

MADURAI: With an objective to achieve the mission of making India a developed nation, ‘Viksit Bharat Conclave 2025’ was organized by Reskilling HR Foundation at India International Centre in New Delhi on March 27th 2025.

The theme of this conclave was ‘visionary leadership for a developed India and empowering the nation’ and there was a wide spectrum of delegates including corporate leaders, human resource experts, representatives from government and non-government organizations, academicians, researchers and students.

Mr.Amitabh Khare, former Chief Executive Officer-RRB, Ministry of Railways, who was the chief guest had exhorted the policymakers, entrepreneurs and corporate leaders to collaborate in order to provide maximum opportunities for India’s youth and accelerate the nation’s journey towards becoming a developed nation.

Dr.Binay Kumar, organizing secretary, Viksit Bharat Conclave 2025, had emphasized the importance of having a skilled workforce and how HR sector must evolve and adapt to new strategies.

Brigadier Sanjay Agarwal, former security advisor, Ministry of Home Affairs and former consultant of NHAI, had exhorted the youth to enhance their skills and capabilities according to the current trends and industry demands.

A case study competition was conducted in the concluding session in which various universities and institutions had participated. Dronacharya Group of Institutions secured the first place, Mangalmay Institute got the second position and Hindu Group of Institutions stood in third position.

“The objective of this competition was to familiarize students with real world challenges and develop problem solving skills,” according to a press release received here yesterday.

Reskilling HR Foundation Program Director Mr.Mahesh Golani and Dr.Sahab Singh have said that the conclave will play a significant role in shaping India’s future leadership while fostering better collaboration between the corporate sector and educational institutions.
