MADURAI: The new office-bearers of Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Madurai Zone were appointed at the annual session of Madurai Zone held here on March 1st 2025.
Mr.Ashwin R Desai, Managing Director, A & T Video Networks Pvt Ltd, has been appointed as Chairman of CII Madurai Zone for the year 2025-26 while Mr.Rajiv S Jeyabalan, Managing Director, Susee Finance and Leasing Private Limited, has been appointed as Vice-Chairman of CII Madurai Zone, a press release here yesterday has informed.
Mr.Ashwin Desai is having a vast experience in the industry as a video collaboration specialist and as a co-founder and CEO of a startup called Med.Bot, the first of its kind AI-driven health platform encompassing tele-medicine to public health. He was the founder of Internet Users Community of India-Madurai in the year 1996 and was instrumental in bringing high speed internet access to Madurai in 1988. Mr.Ashwin Desai also co-founded Software Industries Development Association (SIDA) and Native Lead Foundation.
Mr.Rajiv S Jeyabalan is a prominent entrepreneur in Madurai as Managing Director of Susee Finance and Leasing Private Limited. He plays a pivotal role in his family’s enterprise Susee Finance and under his leadership the company has experienced significant growth getting transformed into a fintech by leveraging better use of appropriate technology. Susee Finance is a NBFC that provides small ticket funding through its network of branches in rural Tamil Nadu for the deserving people, the CII press release said yesterday.
