
NEW DELHI: Experts and thought leaders had given a few practical tips for holistic health and work-life balance from the podium of All India Health Conference organised under the aegis of ‘Aarogya Srijan Nyas’ at India International Centre in New Delhi on February 26th 2025.
Swami Sarvalokananda, secretary, Ramakrishna Mission, who was the chief guest for this conference had emphasized that true health can be achieved through a balance of mind, body and soul and it is time to adopt a healthier lifestyle by embracing Indian cuisine over fast food.
Brig.Sanjay Agarwal, former Director General of Police and Dr.Umesh Sharma, renowned psychologist and corporate trainer along with acupressure expert Dr.Akhilesh Kumar Singh shared their insights on how to maintain holistic health and maintain a balanced lifestyle, a press release received from ‘Aarogya Srijan Nayas’ has said yesterday.
“Loving oneself and loving others is the key to mental peace and relieving stress,” Dr.Umesh Sharma told the delegates at this conference which was held with the theme ‘Work-Life Balance Through Holistic Health’ with discussions and special sessions.
At this conference, the founder of British Lingua and a well-known litterateur Dr.Birbal Jha was presented with ‘English Literary Gen Award 2025’ in recognition of his contributions to English language education, literature and social development. Dr.Birbal Jha had authored more than 30 books and has trained over four lakh individuals in English communication skills besides his social contributions in Bihar and other places.
