MADURAI: Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) president Mr.Vijay had met the Governor of Tamil Nadu Mr.R.N.Ravi at Raj Bhavan in Chennai today afternoon- December 30th 2024- and presented a memorandum to him along with party senior leader Mr.Anand.
The TVK chief’s meeting with the Governor has a special significance because this meeting took place within hours of Mr.Vijay releasing an open letter today morning to the women in Tamil Nadu expressing his anguish over their safety issues and assuring them that he will stand with them as a brother at this time when the law and order in the State has deteriorated and put the safety of women and girls in a question mark, and his soothing message came when Tamil Nadu is presently rocked by a sexual assault case against a girl student in the university campus.
Mr.Vijay had presented a set of books on ‘Compilation of Bharathiar Kavithaigal’ and also ‘Thirukkural’ book to the Tamil Nadu Governor today at this meeting.
