MADURAI: The inter-zone Kho Kho championship matches of Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) were conducted at American College ground here on December 18th and 19th 2024.
After winning all the league matches, the American College team had bagged the championship trophy and students were congratulated by American College Principal and Secretary Dr.M.Davamani Christober along with vice principal Prof.A.Martin David and college Bursar M.Beaulah Ruby Kamalam and HoD of Physical Education Department Prof.M.Balakrishnan, Director in-charge Prof.Nirmal Singh and MKU’s Director of Physical Education Prof.Ramesh, according to a press release received from the college here today.
The American College Kho Kho team had participated from A zone, Mannar Thirumalai Naicker College from B zone, Dindigul GTN College from C zone and Sivakasi Anja College from D zone. After all the league matches were conducted, the American College stood first and won the championship trophy while GTN College from Dindigul came in second place and Sivakasi ANJA College came third in the final tally.
