MADURAI: All eyes are now on Vikkravandi near Villupuram in Tamil Nadu from where actor-turned political leader Mr.Vijay is going to announce his new party’s policies and give a kick-start to Tamilaga Vettri Kazhagam (TVK) in the political sphere from this first political conference of the newly floated party tomorrow evening- October 27th 2024.
TVK party sources told ‘Lotus Times’ English media website today that the all important much-awaited actor Vijay’s speech will last for about 45 minutes and preparations have been made in this direction for on the stage readiness and for crowd management.
“The public meeting of our party will be from 5.30 mpm to 8.30 pm. And, there will be minimum three lakh people at the public meeting venue in Vikkravandi from where he will announce the party’s policies and direction for future politics to be unveiled in Tamil Nadu through our new party TVK. There will be Vijay’s parents who will be on the stage at this important first public meeting. The party’s policy will be released as a booklet from this meeting tomorrow evening,” a senior leader of the party told ‘Lotus Times’ media over phone today evening and said that Vijay’s first speech from this public meeting will be 45 minutes to one hour.
All the political parties especially the Dravidian parties in Tamil Nadu are closely watching and keenly waiting for the outcome of the first political conference public meeting of actor Vijay because there are expectations that it will be a turning point in the political spectrum of Tamil Nadu and set the tone for Assembly elections to be held in the year 2026.
