MADURAI: The American College in Madurai has entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Central Institute of Petrochemicals Engineering and Technology (CIPET) here on October 10th 2024 to promote research, technology development and students’ practical knowledge.
Dr.M.Davamani Christober, Principal and Secretary and Dr.K.Prakalathan, Director and Head, CIPET-CSTS in Madurai had signed the MoU at CIPET here in the presence of college vice-principal Dr.A.Martin David, college Bursar Dr.M.Beula Ruby Kamalam and Head of Postgraduate and Research Department of Chemistry Dr.K.John Adaikalasamy along with Dr.M.Vathanaruba, coordinator, Department of Chemistry (SF) and CIPET officers, according to a press release from the college today.
This MoU will help the American College students to enrich their learning through training, internship, skill development programmes, collaborative research and job placements, the press release added.
