MADURAI: An important crucial meeting of airliners is taking place at Tamil Nadu Chamber of Commerce and Industry in Madurai today evening (October 4th 2024) to explore new opportunities for airlines to operate domestic and international flights from Madurai airport which has been now upgraded to 24X7 flight operations.
Madurai MP Mr.S.Venkatesan will the chief guest for this airliners meeting today evening from 4 pm while Madurai airport Director Mr.P.Muthu Kumar will be the guest of honour at this meet, which is being organized by the chamber in association with Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Travel Club-Madurai, South Tamil Nadu Association of Travel & Tourism, Forum of Tour Organisers and Madurai Infra and Developments Association.
The TN Chamber which took lot of initiatives for the past 15 years to upgrade and get more infrastructure for Madurai airport has asked all its EC members to attend this important meeting organized by the TN Chamber. About 14 domestic and international airliners will participate in today’s meeting besides officials from Customs, Immigration and CISF.
