MADURAI: The efforts of Rotary Club of Madurai Blossom had helped in blossoming sportive spirit in Madurai through a sports meet for women Rotarians and wives of Rotary Club members conducted at Lady Doak College ground here today- September 14th 2024.
Women members from Rotary Clubs took part actively in the sports meet ‘Athulya’ and they were encouraged by Rotary’s senior office-bearers from Rotary International District 3000 and others who cheered them through the sports meet.
Mr.AKS M.Muruganandam, Rotary International Director for 2025-27 and Chairman of Excel Group of Companies, who was the chief guest in Madurai today for the sports event for women Rotarians and Anns, had lauded the enthusiasm shown by Rotary club members and the women members of Rotary movement towards this sports event.
Mr.Raja Govindasamy, Rotary District Governor 2024-25 of Rotary District 3000, Ms.Anandhajothi Rajkumar, Immediate Past District Governor-RI District 3000, Dr.Beulah Jeyashree, Principal of Lady Doak College, Sumathy Nayagam, president, Rotary Club of Madurai Blossom, Dr.Anitha Jibreel, club secretary, Devasena Murali, event chairman, Mr.Srinivasan, regional coordinator and Sasikala Saravanan, assistant governor, were among those present at this sports meet, held in Madurai on September 14th 2024.
