MADURAI: Prof.(Dr).M.Hanumantha Rao, Executive Director, All India Institute of Medical Sciences (AIIMS) in Madurai, has been appointed as Member of Board of Governors of Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT) in Tiruchi in Tamil Nadu, which is an institute of national importance under the Ministry of Education of Government of India.
An official communication dated September 11th 2024 was sent to Madurai AIIMS Executive Director Prof.(Dr) M.Hanumantha Rao by the Registrar in-charge of IIIT-Tiruchi Prof.G.Seetharaman informing that “Prof.Hanumantha Rao has been appointed as member of BoG (Board of Governors) for a period of three years as per the approval of BoG members of IIIT Tiruchirapalli and stating that his valuable suggestions and contribution as a member of the Board of Governors of IIIT-Tiruchi will be highly appreciated”.
