AIACHE conducting faculty development program from Aug 16th to 18th on outreach, service learning

MADURAI: The All India Association for Christian Higher Education (AIACHE), New Delhi, is conducting faculty development programme on ‘outreach/ service learning’ at Kodaikanal from 16th to 18th August 2024 in collaboration with The American College, Madurai.

AIACHE president and American College Principal and Secretary Dr.M.Davamani Christober, who took the initiative for this faculty development program along with his experts team, has said that the participants listen to experiences and learn from one another. Faculty from Christian associations across the country are attending this special program.

Rev.Dr Fr.Xavier Vedham, AIACHE general secretary, welcomed the gathering while former Principal of Loyola College in Chennai and Rector of Scared Hearts College-Shenbaganoor Rev.Antony Samy SJ, had briefed the delegates about contributions of Christians in building and developing Kodaikanal.

A press release received from AIACHE today has informed that seven panel discussions by resource persons are scheduled for these three days and the faculty development program began on August 16th 2024 with opening devotion by Dr.Maher Spurgeon, Regional Programme Consultant of United Board for Christian Education in Asia.
