MADURAI: The Vice-Chancellor of Anna University Prof.R.Velraj has issued an important press statement from Chennai today- on July 28th 2024-alerting the public, parents and students to be cautious about scamsters who are sending Whatsapp messages in his name and fooling the recipients.
He also informed that a private agency had discovered and reported forgery by some faculty members, mistakes made by faculty members on an issue in affiliated engineering colleges where faculty members have provided fake Aaadhar cards and fake PAN cards.
“We have asked for explanations from those faculty members and colleges. Severe action will be taken against the colleges and faculty members involved in this forgery,” the Anna University Vice-Chancellor Prof.R.Velraj has said in his media statement released from Chennai on July 28th 2024.
