MADURAI: A.Arun IPS has been today posted as new Commissioner of Police-Greater Chennai Police in the place of Sandeep Raj Rathore by the Tamil Nadu Government by issuing transfers and postings with immediate effect on July 8th 2024.
Prior to this, Mr.A.Arun was ADGP-Law and Order, Chennai and he has now been appointed as Chennai police commissioner/ADGP of Greater Chennai Police today.
Dr.Sandeep Rai Rathore has been transferred and posted as DGP-Training at Police Training College in Chennai. The Home Department of Government of Tamil Nadu has also posted Mr.S.Davidson Devasirvatham as ADGP (Law and Order), Chennai, by transferring him from the present post of ADGP-Headquarters, Chennai.
