MADURAI: A one-day faculty development program was organized here today- on June 29th 2024- by Nagarathinam Angalammal Arts and Science College (NAAS) at Perungudi near Madurai airport.
The Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC) had conducted this faculty oriented program on “The Magic of Teaching Manthras and Thanthras” with focus on improving the talent and leadership skills of college faculty.
Mrs.C.Meena, mentor of behavioural sciences & wellness and mental health counsellor, was the guest speaker for this special program. NAAS College Secretary Dr.N.Jegatheesan had presided over the inaugural event while college Principal Dr.V.Vasantha Kumar had welcomed the gathering and IQAC coordinator Mr.C.Kalaiselvan had proposed a vote of thanks.
Nearly 60 teachers from 25 departments of the college had participated in this faculty development programme, according to a press release received from the college today evening.
