MADURAI: Following the missing of answer-scripts of MKU College students who wrote their November 2023 semester examinations more than four months back, the Madurai Kamaraj University (MKU) had today conducted re-exam for the affected students- on April 18th 2024, from 10.30 am to 1.30 pm.
University authorities had asked the MKU College staff (Alagarkoil Road in Madurai) to make arrangements for today’s examination and the subject is English Part II paper and 87 students had again written the exam today as their earlier answer scripts’ bundles had gone missing in the MKU, very reliable sources in the university told the ‘Lotus Times’ media here today.
“Students have been waiting for their semester results for past many weeks, but the answer sheets could not be traced. So, re-exam was held today. The answer sheets were found missing in the university and so the MKU authorities had silently taken this step of holding a re-exam,” MKU sources told this media at 4 pm today and they further stressed that totally 350 answer-sheets are not found after they were sent to the university for paper valuation.
